He is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard and also worked in customer service for over 15 years so he knows how important it is to treat clients with the care and respect they deserve. He specializes in postpartum workouts, osteoblast bone density building, and high intensity interval training (HIIT).

A fun group fitness class done in a park located in College Park. Join every week for a different workout ranging from bodyweight intervals to full equipment circuit training. Bill also provides a virtual bootcamp over zoom to ensure everyone has access to his classes.
Do you homeschool your children? I offer a once a week PE class. Your children can get that “gym” class that they may not be getting.
