In 2008 Tony decided to open his latest personal training studio in Orlando, FL and named it TV Fitness Pros ("TV" for Tony Vargas). By this time he had developed a 25 year history of owning several fitness and rehab facilities. He was "boutique" before it ever became an official subcategory of the fitness industry. Then in 2017 Tony relaunched TV Fitness Pros as The Healthy Human to reflect an evolution of his model to expand into all areas of integrated fitness and wellness. Now the studio features personal training, massage therapy, supplements, and other therapeutic modalities.
