Nate began his career in wellness as a senior aerobics instructor and a competitive swimmer at Alma college. After he earned his B.S. in Exercise and Health Science, Nate joined the Troy Michigan Life Time Fitness personal training team. At Life Time Nate excelled in a number of positions including: the Assistant Personal Training Department Head, Metabolic Specialist, and Life Time Run Coordinator. He moved to Orlando Florida in 2013 to start his new independent business, Trainer Nate LLC. Over the last nine years Trainer Nate has served the Orlando area as an independent personal trainer.
Trainer Nate provides one-on-one personal training and virtual personal training programs. Each program is designed to build a healthy metabolism focusing on nutrition, activity, and recovery. Goals can include weight loss, building muscle, or an up coming race/event. 30min and 60min session are available.
Availability:
Trainer Nate provides a dynamic boot camp that combines cardio, core, and strength training that can meet the physical needs from a beginner to the advanced athlete. Boot camp classes are limited to 12 participants to maintain individual attention and ensure the workout integrity.

Virtual Training comes in a number of options. Trainer Nate offers FaceTime/Zoom guided workouts, that work similar to in-person personal training. He also offers program design and text/phone follow ups via a fitness app. The app shows your workout schedule and videos of all the exercise you are expected to carry out on your own.
Availability:
Trainer Nate offers one complimentary consultation to all new clients. In this session you will sit down and flesh out your goals and develop a plan to reach them. The session will be about 60min, but can be shorter or longer depending on how many questions are asked.
